Is there a free trial or introductory period for new members?

12x12REI does not offer an open free trial period. However, we do offer a free strategy call before enrollment so that you can understand exactly what each membership tier includes, ask all your questions, and confirm the right fit before committing. We believe in transparent enrollment, not upselling you to a tier that does not match your current stage.

How much does a monthly 12x12REI membership cost?

Pricing is available on a monthly or annual basis, with annual memberships offering a discount equivalent to approximately two months free. Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Annual memberships are billed for the full year at enrollment and are not refundable after the billing date. Contact the 12x12REI team if you have questions about your membership status or billing.

What is the difference between the investor and Realtor membership tiers?

The Investor Membership tiers are designed for people who want to invest in real estate building deals, access funding, and grow a portfolio. The Realtor Membership is designed for licensed agents who want to better serve investor clients and access the 12x12REI partnership program. Realtors who are also active investors can choose the tier that best matches their primary goal.

Does membership include access to off-market deal alerts?

Off-market deal alerts are included in the Active Investor Membership tier, not the base Investor Membership. Deal alerts are matched to your stated investment criteria and sent before deals are offered more broadly in the pipeline. If deal access is a primary reason you are considering membership, the Active Investor Membership is the appropriate tier.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?

Yes. 12x12REI membership tiers can be upgraded at any time. Contact the team, and the new tier access is activated immediately with a prorated billing adjustment. Downgrades can be processed at the end of the current billing cycle. Contact us directly to manage tier changes.

Does the 12x12REI membership include direct coaching or only community access?

The Investor Membership tier includes community access but not direct coaching. The Active Investor Membership includes group coaching sessions, monthly calls with the 12x12REI team for deal analysis, market discussion, and strategy.
